Papa Romano's Mr. Pita Of Southfield

I'm not certain whether they source their green peppers from an external supplier, but they are crisper, fresher, and more flavorful than those at most other Papa Romano's locations.

This review comes from the heart and emphasizes outstanding customer service. I placed an online order, but when I arrived, I found out the store had already closed for the day. Naturally, I was disappointed and puzzled as to why I could still place an order when they were unavailable. Fortunately, just as I arrived, the owner showed up. After I explained my situation and showed him my order, he sincerely apologized for the system error that allowed my order to go through. Initially, he offered me a refund, but then he asked if I could wait a little longer. To my surprise, he fired up his equipment and prepared my order right then and there. I was truly stunned—never did I expect to receive either a refund or my pizza and other items on that day. I can’t express enough gratitude for his exceptional service; he absolutely didn’t have to do that. My family will always cherish this experience as our personal Christmas miracle.

This location consistently delivers great service. My orders are always accurate, and the food is hot when I pick it up.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly, but there's room for improvement in their customer service skills. My organization generates more business for them than any other in town, yet we don’t feel fully valued. The food is tasty, and the prices are fair.
