Starbucks - Southfield

The peach white tea lemonade is delicious, but I really should have gone with the hot chocolate instead. The air conditioning is set way too low—it felt like the North Pole in there! I actually had to step outside into the 90° heat just to warm up. Seriously, if Starbucks cares about the environment, they could easily make a difference by adjusting the AC by just a couple of degrees. It would have a significant impact. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly!

I usually order through the app for convenience and visit various locations depending on where I am, but this Starbucks at Northwestern and Franklin is by far my favorite. I genuinely believe that everyone working here deserves a raise because the atmosphere is so welcoming every time I step inside. I always make it a point to say hello and thank you when I visit any Starbucks, as I truly appreciate the drinks they prepare for me. However, many locations don't acknowledge me, even when I attempt to express my gratitude in passing, which I understand since I’m just another customer. But at this store, I always feel welcomed by everyone. They don’t just say hello; they are often very friendly and engaging, which really brightens my day. Thank you so much to everyone at this location! Seriously, they all deserve a raise! Maybe it’s excellent management, but they’re definitely doing something right at this Starbucks.

The drive-thru service was fast, and the drink was delicious.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant on October 6, 2022, around 1:15 PM. The person at the drive-thru was extremely rude. I simply asked about having milk in my coffee, which is the same order I've been placing for years, but she insisted that I should order a latte and wouldn’t let me place my usual order. I've been a regular customer at this place and have never encountered such rudeness before. She spoke to me as if I was foolish and her attitude was very disrespectful. I won't be returning after this experience.
