Contribuisci feedbackService was fast and friendly well staffed, so they were able to handle the lunch rush with ease. Smoothie was yummy, and the sandwich I ordered (chicken pesto) was also delicious. Thanks for a lovely meal/experience!
My açaí bowl was melted when I received it in the drive thru.
I have to say after ignoring the bad attitude of the manager, that she needs correction on what is good service. If she does want to work there. QUIT. The customers don't enjoy her mean expressions, comments, nor unnecessarily slow service. I hope you can change because some customers will leave when they see you through the glass door. The quality of service is from the top down. I am adding to this review dropping a star. The staff needs additional training on how to make smoothies correctly and to follow the menu. DO NOT ALTER THE INGREDIENTS. This isn't make it your way. I watch the staff while making my food. This is not your personal menu. Don't have a bad attitude when corrected by customer. GET IT RIGHT.
Been to this location twice. Product and staff were great. But the lobby stank like nobody's business. I'm not sure how the staff interviewed, accepted the position, and show up to work wit it smelling like that.
I received a flatbread that was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. When I tried calling to get a refund or a remake, they advised me that I would need to bring the sandwich back in. Since I was back at work, I could not make it back until the next day. I was then told they would not replace it unless I brought the food back the next day. Why would I keep a burnt sandwich for a whole day with me? Never returning here. Now I’m left with no lunch.
