I am normally much kinder with reviews, but this was the absolute worst experience I have ever hadThe pop machine was broken.

I am so excited they re-openedUnder new ownership, new managers, and an all new crewVery polite and out-going.

I'll start by saying thisit's been years since I've been here and I think this visit reminded me why Pro: the wings are great.

Placed an order online. Given a 18-25 minute time window. Showed up to pick up food well outside of said time window, food was not ready. Waited another 15 mintues for the fries that were being “made.” Soggy fries that tasted off. Chicken was absolutely repulsive. I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. The person at the front was extremely rude. Stay away from this location. Food is way over priced and was just disgusting. Horrible.

They always take forever with my food. Their estimated time is 35 mins. Based on my experience, i give them an extra 20 mins before I go there and even then, the food is still NEVER ready. Why do I always have to wait an extra 20+ minutes? Plus the food taste is not consistent. Yall need to do your jobs or hire more staff.
