Contribuisci feedbackThe hostess area was quite dirty, cluttered with used cardboard boxes (essentially their serving dishes), dirty napkins, and more. As we were escorted to our table, I noticed that at least half of the unoccupied tables had not been cleared or cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the place was disappointing. The acoustics were also a problem; it was so loud that we struggled to communicate at our table. While our server was attentive and did a good job, they seemed overwhelmed, especially considering that only a third of the restaurant was occupied. As for the food, it was just okay—certainly not worth the price. We received small portions for a high cost, making it feel like a poor value overall.
Although this Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t take OpenTable reservations, they were accommodating enough to fit us in for a table during the big game!
My server was fantastic, the food was delicious, and I had a great time.
They refused to sit us with our reservation. Wasted a whole evening. They stated they don’t take reservations.
However they do not or at least the hostess at the door does not abide by opentable. I was told “yeah no one uses it, you’ll have to wait for a table” although I used this service 5 hrs before arriving.
