Contribuisci feedbackManager at this location was unreasonable you guys made a mistake or the big box should have been three pieces of chicken there was only two you should make sure the customer gets all their food before you give it out. It is your mistake so it should be your problem of getting the correct amount of food to the customer!

Literally missing nearly 1/2 my order. Went in for a pick up online order, thankfully I checked what I could in the car, went back in, get what I caught was missing, get all the way home, AND STILL missing items. This place is too expensive to be missing food and drinks. Not that they would care, but I won’t ever go to this KFC again. So if you don’t want to spend a lot of money for after your order, I wouldn’t recommend you going either. ?
Ordered 2 number 11. Only got 8 pieces on each order. Plus didn't get my mashed potatoes. Called to complaint no answer .
