LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Staff us always so happy and friendly and the teas and shakes are ALWAYS on point. I come here at least 2-3 times a week. I promise you won't be disappointed

The employees were super friendly and very hard-working. I had a great conversation with both ladies working the day I came in, and you don't get that anywhere else in Southgate for the most part. Great place with excellent employees. I will be back very soon!

I love southgate nutrition, if i could give 10 stars i would. the staff is so nice, i love supporting this small business. the teas taste amazing, so worth the money. a nice variety of shakes to choose from, i stay full for hours after having their shakes. i recommend southgate nutrition to anyone.

Front for Herbalife pyramid scheme. Do some research before stepping foot into one of these “insert local community name Nutrition” places unlike I did. Herbalife is linked to fatal liver failure. Nothing is healthy about these shakes.

I love the teas and the ladies I will deal with are always nice and positive. it definitely helps in the morning when you have positivity like that!
