Dunkin' - SOUTHINGTON

The personal is rude! when we asked to add a water to order, we were told about an annoyed server to go back to the running gear because it is on a timer. there was no one behind us! then she closed the window, and then we gave the wrong order. Should have gone after dead.

I went here to get a bagel with cream cheese toasted. They told me rudely that their ovens are down. Okay so I get it cold. I see the worker through the window swearing and throwing my food in the bag. All i received was one half of a bagel, a knife and packet of cream cheese? Also aggressively taking my card and slamming the window in my face.

The employees at this location seem like they really enjoy being at work. My wife and family go through the drive-thru often and everyone is so kind to us! Hands down best dunkin in Southington, CT

This was one of my first places of employment in 1978-1980. Its when DD made their own donuts. I left Southington in 1980 for a 20 year career in the USMC. I haven't been back much but everytime I did I stopped by here. Many great teen memories made in that place an DD.

Fast friendly service, but was told they no longer carry ham at this location which is a little upsetting because I love my ham egg and cheeses. I tried the new cheddar bacon mini egg things and they were pretty good. All in all a good experience
