The service was quite slow, even though there was no line, and the prices were higher than at my local Dunkin'.

I visit this restaurant regularly because of the excellent service. Today, I experienced something special: the staff accidentally made an extra drink and gave it to me for free. Additionally, they remade my drink at no charge, which was a really thoughtful gesture.
