Kettle Bagels 1 (queen Street) Breakfast Lunch

If I could give this restaurant a zero, I would. I kept going there because of its proximity to my home, but you are better off going to Bagels Plus or Fancy Bagels for several reasons. If they even answer the phone, they will put you on hold or not pick up again. The staff are all rude. And to top it off, they don't even toast your bagel automatically. Do I have to specifically ask for that? Who wants a cold, untoasted bagel?

Kettle Bagels is a hidden gem that you'll wish you discovered sooner. The bagels are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the iced coffees are huge. Ordering online is simple and quick, getting you in and out in no time. I absolutely love this place.
