I needed a Glutin free cake and a regular cake for my sister's suprise 60th and her and her husband's 20th anniversary party. Mix Fine Cakes Pastries did a fantastic job. Everyone raved about the cakes being perfect. Devil food, with a layer of chocolate moose and a whipped cream base frosting. Delicious!!

I reached out to Mix to make a cake for a 30 person rehearsal dinner for my friends who were getting married. The customer service is just above and beyond. I spoke with Hector who took the time to plan out exactly what I was looking for, he gave great suggestions, and was beyond sweet. I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and raspberries, and whipped cream frosting. The day I went to pick up my order it was done and ready to go, perfectly decorated. Hector came out of the kitchen to personally thank me for my business. Plus even one of the bakery employees carried the cake to my car since it was heavier because it was for a large party. It was SUCH a hit and people were asking all evening where the cake came from. Fresh and delicious. I will only be ordering from Mix moving forward.
