South Town Apizza - SOUTHINGTON

We waited for an hour for our order and several of the items we paid for were missing. The staff did not seem to care. Service was rated as 1 out of 5.

Small place. Staff seem very overwhelmed and immature for the position they hold. Half the time they stare at you gigling and less concerned with the line forming. However the pizza must be amazing for all the small amount of orders there's a wait for sitting there.Service: 1/5

The pizza, garlic knots, and wings were all delicious and presented beautifully! I would give the food a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

This restaurant is steadily declining in quality. They have gotten three out of my last four orders wrong. Tonight, they told me there would be a one-hour wait for just one pizza. Understandable on a busy Friday night. We arrived 10 minutes after the pick-up time we were given, only to be told our pizza would take an additional 5 minutes. After waiting for 20 more minutes, we were informed that they had not even started making our pizza. Two hours after placing our order, we were forced to find another dinner option last minute. The food is great, but the service is terrible.

Apizza as good as any you'll find in all the New Haven landmarks. Great crust with that perfect mix of char and chew. Being take-out only allows the crew to focus on the food and that's fine by me. This pizza is good. Can't wait to try other things on their menu. The young ladies running check-out are always kind and greet you with a smile. You need to check this place out!
