I love the macys cafe. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I go there for lunch all the time and I’ve never had a bad experience!! Love the staff!

Best place to get drinks and shop at the same time! They're officially my go to place to get good quality jeans at anti-inflation prices.They also have a great selection of coffees and even carry local coffee specialty bean brands.Hopefully no one sees this review so I can keep this place my own secret.

Bad experience first time at store. I prepaid for my make-up and free gift in September and was supposed to send out to me via UPS and I never received it nor did I ever get a shipping notice that it had been shipped to me at all! unfortunately I do not have the receipt but I do have a copy of my bank statement that says it was taken out of my debit card as proof. Never again will I shop at this store as I was not honored and taken at my word. This is bad customer service. Over $50.00 is a big deal to me.

I did not have a good experience on my first visit to this store. I prepaid for the Estee Lauder sale in September I paid for a double wear in Shell Beige plus you get your free gift. I wanted it shipped to my home and they said it would come UPS sent out the day after Labor Day. The money was taken out of my account of $53 on the 8th of September. I have yet to receive my order nor did I get a confirmation from UPS. I called them and they said without a receipt which I could not find they could not accommodate me. They did not bother to look it up in their system! I am extremely disappointed and I lost my money and no product. I will never come into this store again or have good things to say about it! I am also going to contact corporate! This is terrible customer service and not fair way to treat their customers ! I am a Senior citizen and do I do not have money to throw a way! I will not recommend this store to anyone ever

This is a small boutique macys it is a nice size not too big but still has lots of items and sale items.
