Starbucks - Southlake

Location is great. That's it's strength. Right in Town Center. Everything else is Starbucks standard. Great. Would have given 5 star, if they kept the place a little more cleaner. They have enough crowd not to worry may be.

Occassion study, coffee, alone time. Pros friendly staff, lots of staff. Great vibe. Awesome people. Safe. Lots of merchandise. Good management. Busy but not to crazy! Cons AC is occasionally pumped very high. Bottomline this spot is better than branch in Southlake town square.

Everyone made sure to go over the order multiple times so there order wouldn?t be a mistake. They were really nice, and felt like a whole different Starbucks

They have great customer service. And they keep the place clean and safe.

Managers here are always yelling about when people need to take breaks? Why? and the mangers always seem stressed and ready to burst but it?s hardly busy. At least no busier then any other Starbucks. Starbucks is supposed to be a cool calm vibe. You always know you are going to get taken care of. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. The about to bust vibe sucks.
