Vitality Bowls Castle Rock - Southlake

Hey, you guys need to be giving customers what we?re paying for and that is PRODUCT. I came in today with my daughter and we both ordered Aca?i bowls. When we got them the fruit didn?t even touch the top of the lid. I?ve been coming to Vitality Bowl since 2019. I absolutely love them. They?re expensive but well worth it and I?ve never been disappointed until today. We are paying almost $15 for the smaller size bowl but you guys didn?t even give me what I paid for. And when I brought it to your attention the staff from the back told me she goes by ?measurements ? but CLEARLY looking at my bowl it was served to me almost half empty. This is a HUGE PROBLEM!!! Please don?t explain to me how you?re using ?measurements? making me feel as if I?m wrong for showing you what the problem is. Either STORE OWNER, please retrain your staff OR don?t be stingy trying to save a buck. People work hard for their money, I know I do. I feel like I?m being cheated and I need to bring this to your attention. As a franchise, VITALITY BOWL has a reputation for high quality products and great service. Please do not ruin that. I feel cheated and I?m disappointed overall. Makes me feel like anyone from wherever can just buy a franchise and then cheat the people of this country/community and I?m sick of it! This is a beautiful community please keep it that way and do not cheat us!

I've been wanting to try this so I finally went. I made a point of going there three times in a week even though it's out of my way. Oh my gosh it is so wonderful! I wish there was one closer to me though. Love it, try it! Yummy!

I went in on a Monday evening around 6:45p. Not a rush, stuff was super helpful and friendly. Although I don?t have the açaí bowl pictured, it was indeed good. I ordered the Dragon Bowl (everything in the bowl as is)

Let me start off by saying the food is good. Overpriced, but good. This is probably the 3rd time I?ve ordered over door dash and my order hasn?t been right. I paid extra for avocado, didn?t get it. Also, they are really good at forgetting the straws when you?ve ordered drinks.

Super delicious! Great service! We?re staying at the great wolf lodge and this place is a great healthy alternative for food. They have an edible spoon concept that?s super tasty and great for the environment. My son loved it!
