East End Bagel Cafe - Southold

Staff are service oriented and have a pleasant demeanor. My favorite place for bagels and rolls. Breakfast sandwich is delicious!

It is a quaint small town shop so don't expect super rush service but it's perfect for what it is. It has gobs of charm, the best bagels on the north fork, and you're supporting a local business.

Can't eat here because staff handle food, money and the register and don't change gloves. Why even bother wearing gloves? This is very unsanitary and could easily be solved by having designated staff work the register and other staff designated tohandling food.

I was spending about $150.00 a week. There is a person behind the counter that can't get the orders right after they right it down. I called to voice my disappointment and all I got was I am sorry...good customer service would have been please come backand we will remake your sandwich.

I ordered a breakfast healthy wrap and they forgot to put the eggs in the wrap. They didn't even offer to replace the wrap. Before you leave, make sure your breakfast actually comes with the eggs! Thumbs down ????
