Subway - Southport

I always enjoy coming here it's always clean and the people serving you is always nice and friendly

The two sloppy employees were touching EVERYTHING with their gloves and didn't change them between making food and disappearing into the back room. My daughter tried to tell her how she wanted her sub and she acted like it was a problem. We are SUPPOSEto tell them how she wanted her sandwich. Very gross employees and don't want them touching anything I eat.

I walked in to place an order and noticed all the employees gathered around a table, having a conversation. I was the only customer in the store, yet they continued chatting without acknowledging me. Eventually, one employee came over, but I couldn't help but notice that she was wearing pajama pants, had no hat on, and sported multiple facial piercings. When she approached, she didn't wash her hands or put on gloves before preparing my food. The vegetables were not stocked, and there was trash scattered all over the floor behind the counter while they lounged around. The staff appeared disheveled and acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I won't be returning unless there are significant improvements. Shaking my head.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Rebecca, in particular, was warm and patient, making my visit even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved the sub she recommended. I will definitely be back!

I was just a guy doing my job, but I had a great experience. The Subway Club was absolutely delicious!
