I do not think that Ajisen Ramen is the pinnacle of amazing Japanese cuisine in MelbourneAfter all, it's a small chain with several locations.

Love Asian food, this restaurant gives you multiple choices and we like to mix our food a bit it's also BYO which keeps the cost down! It's usually busy so must book!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The Crispy Roast Duck was excellent, as was the Prawns in Sambal Sauce. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

We ordered wonton soup and bean curd soup that was listed on the menu for 7 dollars each,but when the bill arrived, we were charged 17.50 and 18 dollars. The food was horrible and when we asked the owner, who was a chinese lady, she started to get angry and was extremely rude to us. Such cheats ! My family and I are never going back there ever again!

Looks like a cafe these days. The outside seating area as well as the inside is very ordinary and unkempt. It's now no more than a takeaway and the food is very ordinary. Try somewhere else. It sure isn't like it used to be.
