Kfc Portsmouth Pompey Centre - Southsea

The utterly incompetent and disrespectful staff of this establishment not only tarnish the good name of KFC, but tarnish the name of customer service in general. they are rude, stubborn and slow. i ordered a three piece meal, repeating my order twice for the clearly slow worker on the till. i still managed to get the wrong food, along side two of my friends, none of us received exactly what we ordered, somethings were missing and somethings were flat out wrong. When we confronted the manager she shrugged and walked off, blatantly disregarding us. Definitely a place to give a miss when there’s a McDonalds across the road.

This is the worst KFC location I've ever visited. The floors are dirty and greasy, and the same goes for the restroom. They really need to clean the place properly.

Checked site, closed 11pm, so arrived 10.40pm, 'closed '? Drive through kiosk window said you can order here, great! KFC chicken meal please, where 's your vehicle? I replied 'over there parked in the hotel ' If you don 't drive through in a vehicle you can 't have a meal. Won 't trust KFC 's website opening and closing times anymore

Absolutely appalling! I ordered two regular portions of popcorn chicken and was given the tiniest servings imaginable! To make matters worse, the food was cold when it arrived, as they had packed freezing cold cans of drinks alongside the hot food. This is the second shocking experience I've had with them—my first order was missing half the food and didn’t include any drinks! They also don’t answer the phone if you try to call to inquire about your order, making it impossible to get your food or a refund. I would strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs!

A very good KFC, well portioned and got the ordering place on and immediately. The staff is very friendly and friendly in this industry and no service is too much. This is a very clean and well presented business with ample seating inside.
