The young girl who waited on me was fabulous!! I understand working for the public can be horrible,but she just did a wonderful job yesterday. She treated every customer with the same wonderful happy greeting and fantastic smile. McDonald's needs to give this young lady a raise. Best wishes from your customer

Very busy location inside the grub mart convenient store in Southside. But they are very fast and service is solid for McDonald's.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)
