Mogul - Southwark

Mogul is a go-to spot for families, and for good reason - their food is consistently fantastic. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and despite being a smaller restaurant, it still manages to create a great atmosphere. In terms of quality and price, Mogul is one of the best options out there.

I feel that previous reviews may have been misleading. Those who venture north to try authentic Indian food at Akbars chain may be disappointed. This restaurant is not exceptional. I have had much better curries with superior service elsewhere. The dhal was watery and the portions were small. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common experience in London.

The restaurant had a polite and well-trained staff. When my partner and I ordered a meal, it turned out to be different from what we were anticipating. We informed the staff, who promptly replaced the creamy korma curry with a lamb spicy curry. The manager personally apologized for the mix-up. The service was excellent throughout our meal and the food was delicious.

The mogul in redherhithe st. is a joy. eating is of excellent quality, the personal is beautiful and very professional. the cost is too reasonable. why not walk along the themse path and stop it for a delicious curry. you will not regret it. I love it!
