Chorizo turned up in small dry chunks in what looked like a chips bowl, lamb meatballs were cold and tough so we sent them back . They came back warmish but still tough. The Patatas Bravas were nothing like we ever tasted before and were decidedly not Spanish. So we left our food. When the waiter came to clear we told him how poor the food was especially the meatballs and he actually admitted they’d recently changed meat supplier and he aren’t vert good! The floor was dirty and the tables sticky and grubby. It was a totally forgettable experience that we won’t repeat ever again. They didn’t take any of our complaints seriously and didn’t make any deductions to our bill. Our advice is to avoid this place.
Hosted a drinks party for 20 people, and it was flawless. The team were prepared, and provided great service throughout the evening.
On arrival I felt confused and a little bit overlooked I went to the bar and was greeted by a young gentleman who when I asked for a drink went on to tell me that ‘he was doing something’…the barman…. It was a real shame as though I was relatively thirsty so felt it was a little rude however I’m sure the pornstar martini that took 11 minutes and 34 seconds to make was delicious…I’m just gutted it wasn’t mine Nevertheless I’m sure it’s a lovely place to visit if everywhere else is full
Good outdoor seating area with attentive service. Quite a windy spot so can feel chilly. Decent rose wine but quite pricey. Patatas Bravas were the most expensive we’ve ever had were ok. Nice sauces but frozen potato.
Nice aesthetic and handy location, but such slow service and the food is mediocre. We waited 25+ minutes between ordering drinks and food, and had to ask twice about a dietary requirement from the menu after being told “I don’t know, I would assume so but not sure?” and “I’ll ask the kitchen” only to never return (twice). The food is pretty basic but the feta crostini was bizarre: two thick slabs of square feta on a toasted bit of bread. The whole table were laughing at how random and un-put together it was. There’s also an automatic service charge which is not appropriate as a tip should be given if diners want to, not added on by default. Wine selection was nice so for drinks this place would be fine, but avoid for food.
