Paul - Southwark

We had a afternoon stop after a walk along the south bank. it looks small at first, but there is an upper area with a few more sets of tables. we ordered the switch and had to come back to pick up the order when it was finished. I tried her spline hot chocolate and we took a few baked pieces to share craquant, eclair paris brest and millefeuille. the hot chocolate was really thick and luxurious. pretty rich and tasty. all baked were very nice, but the eclair liked the best, although the krakau was quite close. it was a nice place for a box stop before they were in the borough markets.

Even if paul is a franchise bakery, I must be honest and admit that I absolutely love the fact that, regardless of where I am in the world, when I see a paul, I immediately think of its excellent: huge green pistachiomacarone, crispy palms, olive bread sticks and raspberry tarts. I was in portugal, the Czech Republic and Great Britain at paul and the quality is always before place! absolutely dear paul.

That is a small two-g, but it is pretty stone with sitting on top. the personal was really nice and professional. coffee was very good and baked was delicious!

The mini chocolate donuts are fresh and so so good, they literally melt in your mouth. It is a must try!
