Joey's Place Sports Lounge

I stayed around the corner at Joey's AIRBNB (also 5 stars, in the sauna built clutch after hikes). As a jersey type I like my simple diner food including, but not limited to, burger. Joey, also being a jersey type, cooks a burger and the other essentials like wings and pulled pig. His staff was also wonderful and attentive. In addition, taking into account the current pandemic, he ensured that there were sufficient outdoor seating. I strongly recommend stopping here if you are in good, solid, reliable food and drinks.

The best Latin food in the area safe! Great atmosphere for playing pool, ladies night, playing or listening to music. It's a must during your time in Southwest Harbor. Did I mention they have the best wings in the area? They do.

Great bar with a comfortable environment. The Lundromat is a door away so you can relax with a drink or food while you wait! The bartenders and owners are very funny and friendly; they give you the business, but they are just jokes!

We stopped on Friday and still here Saturday evening with a wonderful time

Wow! What a great place! We stopped just to do laundry and then realized Joey's Place was right next door. Joey Jr was our bartender and he made was feel totally welcome. We really didn't want to leave when our laundry was finished. We met his father also. What great personalities these guys have. The drinks were great, the bar was immaculate as were the restrooms. We didn't have anything to eat so I can't comment on that but the smells that were coming from the kitchen made our mouths water. You definitely need to check this place out.
