The chicken karaage was tender as well. But it was sooooo slow. There may not have been a line outside when we went, but we made up for it waiting inside. It took at least 30-40 minutes to receive our soba which is ridiculous considering it doesn't even need to be cooked.
Food and service here are really good. I had the Tonkatsu with rice, Udon, and salad. It was a delicious lunch. The place is small and gets busy. There was a line when I got there and when I left. It shows that the food is good.
The taste is normal, but there are too few waiters, so we have to wait for an hour to get our food.
I would give this restaurant a higher review but the waitress with the dyed green hair was very rude. We waited to seat our family together but were seated at separate tables in different parts of the restaurant. Once adjacent tables were open, she was mad when we asked to be seated together. She was polite to a japanese family next to us. Otherwise, remaining staff were polite and the udon was excellent and fresh. Food was healthy overall.
The food is great esp cold tofu. My udon is a bit salty. A long wait for the food. But good restaurant
