The food is genuinely amazing, the service ruins the quality. We’ve had to leave before due to waiting for long periods just for them to even talk to us. I would understand if the place wasn’t so dead all the time, their business would skyrocket if they took the time to train their servers to make the experience match how great the food is. Last time we had gone, they giggled as we were leaving, obviously they don’t need the costumers if that’s how they’re treated.

Done ordering from this place. We used to order all the time but I’m sick of it, there is always something wrong with our to go order. We always order the pineapple fajitas always pay for extra pineapple even tho we only get it about half the time. Tonight we didn’t even get a single piece of pineapple in the whole thing, even tho I paid for extra like usual. Not really pineapple fajitas without pineapple. Very disappointed with this restaurant! I was looking forward to the food they advertised on Instagram, like Sopes. A Mexican traditional food that would make this restaurant unique. But to my dismay when I went to order it, the waiter said they no longer make them. So I order something else. They brought out my dish and it was wrong. Their service and wait times were awful. From sit down to departure, it probably took us two hours. Very slow on cooking. I don't know if it was a bad day but their chicken tasted like freezer burnt, reheated chicken. Was absolutely awful. One of the steak dishes we got was actually pretty good. But the other steak dish was just ok. Overall, I would not recommend. However, I do recommend their tacos de bierra. Those are absolutely outstanding, however very greasy. We went during dinner on a Friday night. We were seated and brought chips and salsa fairly quickly. Then we waited and waited for someone to take our drink order. I finally got up an asked a server to bring us water. After attending a few other tables, restocking the drink bar, and seating a few people, she finally brought us our drinks.
