Updated. See below. This place rocks. I found the best Mexican food in Nevada in 3 years. Service was excellent, they were not busy, but they were not over personnel. I had the Arroz con pollo suissa with the green sauce / melted Monterey Jack the mesquite grilled chicken because if you know you know. It was excellent. I also got the spicy salsa who had a nice Habanero ****. Only negative is calculated $2 for the extra salsa and my Dr Pepper was $4 it was gigantic, but still . Sa in the bar area, so not much ambience, but they have football on the big screen. A local artist came in and made a show of her art Wendy? sponsored by Sierra Arts, and I thought that 's a great concept and b her art was very cool it 's on the walls of the restaurant. I am back next week for the Fajitas. UPDATE: Two trips later, and Tres Hombres lost a star. On the first trip back I had the Steak-Fajitas and they were meh. Whatever happened to the squirting plate full of meat and vegetables? Sure not here. Setup guac, sour cream, NO CHEESE?? was small for the serving size of meat. And maybe there was an onion with the meat, but that's all... not a green/red pepper. Steak didn't taste like it had been grilled mesquite. Something disappointing. The service was still excellent. Second trip back I had the Carnitas, and I was not impressed. Not very tasty, did the meat seem brewed or perhaps pressure cooked? I ordered the queso fundido that is my fault, I did not read the menu exactly enough and it was rough. Don't get me wrong, I like Velveeta and Rotel Dip, but that was Velveeta and something else.... and it turned super thick super fast. Luckily, if I had calculated the $10 menu price, I would have been really upset. The service was once again excellent, although I was worried that they only have a waiter who works there.... he shook his ass because he was moderately busy on Saturday afternoon. A guy? Tres Hombres, you need to work your employees better than that.

I am impressed by the service and food of Cantina Los Tres Hombres. The food is delicious customer service is excellent. I had a burrito and chips with salsa. I am definitely satisfied with the food of Cantina s. I definitely go back.
