Carolina Kitchen Bbq Co. - Sparks

I'm from Washington, DC and thought this was the Carolina Kitchen in my area. Anyhow, all I got was greens and cornbread. It was nasty...its not like the east coast. Haven't found food on the west coast yet thats good tasting southern soul food on the east coast and south. ??????????????????? 5 stars because somebody might like it but its not for taste buds.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I had believed the google reviews,but was wrong. Highly recommended by a friend, Order 2 Meat combo, really hungry- brisket and pulled pork over the phone to go. Guy on the phone was very short with me and unpleasant to talk to. He ask when I?ll be there I said 5 min. He said it will be ready when I get there. It wasn?t ready. Waited another 15 min. Couldn?t get the attention of the people behind the counter where you order to see if it was ready, it was

Just to start, if you haven't been here, you'll notice when you get here that it's not a normal restaurant. You go and order your food and grab a seat. The food is great and the portions aren't too small. The service, the little bit you get, was good. All in all, I think that the place is great and it does have a southern feel. There's good country music to also help set the atmosphere.

Total: b Layout-Decor: food quality: cleanliness: customer service: timeliness: bathroom: review: has the carolina sampler it was really good! boneless chicken bugges, 2 fried chicken pieces, 2 ribs, 1 piece fried fish, fritten w/ lemon. the ripening slightly baked fried chicken were awesome! the decor is hometown somehow feel what I love. the personal was friendly eating did was fast. this is a definitiw place I recommend! is definitely coming back for a bbq.
