Costa Vida - Sparks

This place is absolutely amazing. The sweet pork tacos and the sweet pork enchiladas with the mango salsa were perfect. I would have taken pictures bit I was too dang hungry. Key lime pie here is as close to Florida as you can get. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is hungry for amazing and fresh food.

This restaurant lacks proper management. I placed an online order for pickup to avoid waiting, but when I arrived, there was only one employee assisting customers at the register. Despite three other employees in the back, they were distracted by their phones and giggling, ignoring me completely. It took some time before the one attentive employee stopped to give me my order. The food was decent enough, and I particularly enjoyed the salsa and pico de gallo. However, the tomatillo ranch dressing was bland. The portion size of one enchilada with beans and rice, along with a small order of chips and salsa, was generous for the price of $15. Overall, while the food was satisfactory, the lack of management and service was disappointing. I do not plan on returning, as there are many other excellent Mexican restaurants in the area.

I went into costa vida in sparks which is usually one of my favorite places but the moment I walked in a gentleman staff member, who served me was rude and not attentive at all. I got a Baja bowl and was given about a bite of beans, I asked him to add a little bit more including a little more rice because he gave me barely any and was obviously annoyed when I asked. I was then charged double for each meal and it came out to over 50$ for 3 things which would usually cost 30$. I was upset but I just left because I didn?t want to make a scene.

Awesome, fresh, delicious Mexican food. Their raspberry chipotle burritos are the best, and their sweet pork is a close second. Great to go out and sit down or grab to-go.

The burritos and bowls at this restaurant are truly the best around! Make sure to say hi to Khris when you visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us during our journey from California to Salt Lake City. We couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful group of people!
