El Pollo Loco - Sparks

I used to work at this restaurant a few years ago, and the fact that I still come back to eat here at least once a month speaks to how great this place truly is. It is always super clean and the food is consistently delicious. I am disappointed to see some of my favorite menu items are no longer available, but even without the salsa bar, the food is still delicious.

The food at this restaurant is always impressive! They could benefit from having a larger outdoor seating area or tables outside when the weather is nice.

I love eating that I ordered 9pc without thigh and had no problem. I have what I'm ordering. great service!

I decided to revisit my favorite restaurant for lunch, but was disappointed by the service. The server had trouble communicating in English, making it difficult to understand. The chicken I ordered was overcooked and tough, leaving me unsatisfied. However, the rice side dish was delicious.
