Los Altos Breakfast Lunch Dinner

Foods ok, nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either. Our server however was wonderful. Knowledgeable about my soy issues, and not only recognized that my daughter has eye contact/communication issues, actually turned his body when talking to her, which made her much more comfortable. And kind of blew me away. We've never had a server that understood that.

It was very busy, which is a good sign. The service and food was on point! I see why so many of my friends had recommended it.

The portion sizes are quite generous, and the food was absolutely delicious! Their menu is extensive, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Just be sure to call ahead to check if their operating hours have changed; at the moment, they are only open for breakfast and lunch.

The menu offers a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. What I appreciated most was that the food had less salt, allowing me to adjust it to my taste, which is a refreshing change from the heavy saltiness often found at Pegs. The Eggs Benedict was outstanding, and the hollandaise sauce was delicious.

I noticed that the couple seated next to us received their dishes—a delicious-looking omelet and a sandwich—before us, and they looked fantastic as well. I ended up taking the top of my bun, along with the avocado and crispy bacon (which was cooked to perfection), home for dinner later. One of our party ordered a quesadilla, which came loaded with extra ingredients, much more than I typically see at other places. She ended up taking half of hers home, so if you’re not a big eater, you’ll probably have leftovers to savor later.
