Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen - Sparks

Went to the drive-thru and ordered the special ads 5 pieces for 6.99 I've seen on TV. They said they don't honor them anymore. I asked why. They said it stopped. I asked to speak to the manager. I told the manager that I just watched the ad before I went to the store. He said the special was over. Then why are they still showing the ad on TV. Manager just said that it is over and he can't do anything. Proceeded to tell me to order something or go because there were cars behind me rolling his eyes. Very unprofessional. Taking my business somewhere.

Don?t waste your money! Myself, two friends and a 3 year old, received a Uber order of , Beans Rice, Thighs, Breasts, Legs, Biscuit, Banana Cream Pie, (NO) Ice Tea?s Signature Lemonade. The chicken was too crunchy, a bit dry had no taste, the rice and beans no taste, our biscuit was very dry and hard, I don?t know how the dessert was, my friend took it home. We never got our drinks. The driver was excellent and did her job description service and was pleasant.

First time to a Popeyes. Fairly disappointed. Always heard their commercials bragging about Louisiana seasonings . If you put their fried chicken next to KFC, I 'm pretty sure I wouldn 't be able to tell them apart .... Biscuits same thing. Mashed potatoes same as well except Popeyes come with a tiny bit of thin gravy on them that definitely does not taste like KFC gravy. And that 's not a compliment. I rarely eat at KFC but will always think fondly of their gravy.

Ordered the #4, 5 piece spicy chicken strip meal. Got to the window and had to wait longer than expected but thought they were cooking them fresh so wasn't worried, nope they were dry. Couldn't eat the 2 smaller pieces because they were so dehydrated. Also Mac and cheese wasn't as good as usual.

It is very disappointing to find that your choice for lunch was regrettable : Chicken pieces where undercooked, blood was very visible, besides, it looked like the chicken bones were broken before cooking, so that ended up with more blood! That wasn?t the first time! I didn?t want to post those pics though. I hope this message can help you improve
