Ramen, Etc. - Sparks

I was honestly disappointed as I went there before and got the meso ramen and it was pretty good but this time I went and it tasted terrible the broth was just gross as I wasn't able to finish it off I would say the only good about it was the pork that I had in it. Also the potstickers was pretty good. I had a lot of hope because it looked really good but I would say it's not worth the 15 some dollars I paid.

I came here for lunch during my vacation. The food was amazing, and just the day after we were craving ramen again! However, the reason behind the 4 stars is that the overall atmosphere could have been a bit better.

The food and the service were excellent! The pork in my soup was very tender and flavorful and our waitress took very good care of us! Can’t wait to go back!!!

This place has to go back to the drawing board and redo all their recipes. The broths aren 't just lacking flavor, but didn 't even resemble ramen to me. I got the black garlic, my wife got the miso ramen. The miso didn 't taste like miso at all and had an almost artificially sweet flavor to it. I 'm not even sure how to describe the black garlic ramen or how it was made. There was no umami or saltiness in either broth. The pork also came out cold so I 'm sure that was cooked far before I ordered my food. Saw frozen dumplings being poured in a frier that were out in the ramen for some reason (hard and chewy). I didn 't have high expectations looking at reviews and pictures but it really exceeded my expectations. Waiter was very friendly, but not a chance I 'd be back here. A real shame since I 'd even take a passable ramen spot close to my house but to serve that level of quality feels like the owner literally doesn 't care about what he 's serving to his customers.

We've been going to this location for about 5 years every Sunday. Normally the staff is VERY friendly. This being said, I have had surgery (and have a card to prove it) that requires me to order from the children's menu, NEVER had a problem until today. EXTREMELY rude female kept telling me I couldn't order from the children's menu (I have been for the past 5 years) I offered to show card, she didn't want to see it or hear anything about what we had to say. If she's there again, we will walk out again, or simply never return. Vida or Ray are the sweetest best managers.
