Starbucks - Sparks

I come to the Starbucks almost every day to work on my self development and my school assignments and I must say this Starbucks has best customer service in this town. Not only do they make perfect drinks and they are super friendly but they allow me to do my assignments and self development Without a timeframe. Highly recommend this location

Always a good experience and my drinks arrive correctly. They seem to be one of the slowest Starbucks in the area but they haven't sacrificed overall quality in that. Elizabeth is a more recent familiar face in there who makes drinks flawlessly every time.

Service is usually pretty good and the girls are super friendly when ordering. But there is one that makes the orders thats really rude. Two days in a row when handling out my order she was very rude. If customer service isn't your thing then you shouldn't be in customer service. This girl will give you attitude about how she made your order incorrectly. Even when the receipt has your correct order, she will tell you that you're wrong and on the 3rd time showing her the receipt that she did in fact make my order incorrectly. She did not apologize nor do I believe she realizes this is not the first time she was rude to me before. But then again she can't seem to read nor make an order correctly.

Product and employees great. Cars lined up thru parking lot not safe

Drive thru service excellent. Be advised limited hour compared to other locations.
