Never go back, check your order before you leave. Three out of four times I ordered a shredded beef Burrito and I got a bean Burrito although they accused me of beef. The latest time they would do absolutely nothing to help me and I live in South Reno, so it was a 15 minute drive only there absolutely ridiculous service terrible
I love Mexican food. It's hard to fool Mexican dishes, but this place did. Spices, hot sauce, cilantro, open it and you have a Mexican dish. This place was dirty to start. When I went through the door, I noticed 1 # fat on the windows and the handles, but I went in anyway. The girls behind the counter were very nice and sweet. That was the highlight of my visit. The place was dirty to say the least, and there were only 3 or 4 people, including me. Then my food came. At first I knew that would not be what I expected. Large cold flower tortilla burrito with much shredded salad over it. When I bited it to my surprise, it was warm at best. Forget to be careful, hot plate and hot cushion tease your senses. Cold American Burrito with salad and runny cold acid cream on one end. It looked like someone gave up the spoon while trying to apply it. The beans inside were clumped and cold, the meat, AL pastor, did not taste at all like Mexican papillo. It was a mixture of shredded beef and pulled pork, cold and chewing. The whole thing was disappointing about faith. I would complicate the food if I called it Horrible, it was worse than terrible. I'll never eat there again.
It only takes a bad experience to ruin the reputation and credibility of a well-established restaurant in a growing community. With the lack of recipe breakdown after placing the order, it is difficult to check all food items specifically price. Especially when wrong foods have been restored and only once checked home. After I called the location, I discussed the error to a few employees to just say that the wrong product would have to be delivered to the restaurant and would have to be discharged for the right product. After the statement of leadership or supervision that it is ridiculous to drive all the way back to the city, just to get the right item to throw it away was ridiculous. But I can start with the manager when she comes in a few days. But if I went through the drive thru, I checked the order, but it was my word against the cash register. So in the end, avoid the facility, but if you don't mind waiting for an answer or lack of accountability, then it's a perfect place for lack of gloss Mexican foods that trade comfort and quantity for quality.
Very good food. Quick. The workers were very kind. Taco Tuesday is a great time to buy large amounts of tacos at a way lower price. My family of 6 all liked the tacos.
