The Habit Burger Grill - Sparks

The flavors were spot on, and it was cooked to perfection. **Cleanliness:** The overall cleanliness of the establishment was impressive. The tables and dining area were well-maintained. **Customer Service:** The service was efficient, especially considering it was lunchtime. The staff seemed attentive without being intrusive. **Timeliness:** My food arrived quickly, which I appreciated during the busy lunch hour. They did a great job with the turnaround time. **Bathroom:** The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, adding to the overall positive experience. **Review:** Overall, my lunch experience was quite enjoyable. My only complaint was that while they offered a large ketchup dispenser, there wasn't a similar option for mustard, forcing me to use several small packets for my fries. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would definitely return to this restaurant.

This is undoubtedly one of the best fast food places I've visited in a long time. We received outstanding service from a lady named Selena at the front, who took the time to listen to my 4-year-old as he tried to explain his order. We visited around noon, and despite the restaurant being busy inside and outside, our delicious food was ready in just 10 minutes after we ordered. We will definitely be coming back!

If you’ve never tried a Habit burger, you’re truly missing out! I can’t count how many times my husband and I have introduced our friends and colleagues to 'The Habit.' This burger chain started in Santa Barbara, California in 1969. If you’re from California and haven’t had one of these burgers, then either you don’t venture out much or you’re a vegetarian. The Habit ranks right up there with In-N-Out when it comes to fast food burgers, but they have their own unique twist that makes it stand out with a distinctive flavor. They also serve delicious sweet potato fries! Everything is fresh and cooked to order. In Reno, there are two locations: one at Circus Circus and the other in Sparks. I haven’t visited the downtown location in a while, but the Sparks location always offers excellent customer service. Even during busy times, you won’t have to wait long for your food. The manager runs a tight ship! If you haven’t yet experienced The Habit, I highly recommend giving it a try. You’ll definitely become a fan!

The burgers here are of good quality, reasonably priced, and freshly prepared. While there's no option for dining in, they offer a drive-thru and an online ordering system for your convenience.

I visited for the first time and found the menu somewhat confusing. However, the young woman at the counter was very patient and incredibly helpful. I decided to order the BBQ Char Burger along with fries and onion rings. I chose to take my food to go since I had a martini waiting for me at home. The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be back!
