Previously, the best Chinese foods have, but a few years ago something has changed. The food went down hills and never restored.

As good as in the Northern NJ. Hands down the most tasty, cleanest and friendly Chinese take-out. This evaluation is long overdue. I ordered a few months a lunch trip and it was legit. Dinner ordered in the last few weeks and here is my honest opinion. Great staff that answers the phones and welcomes you. This looks like a second-generation family running the business. The kitchen is immaculate. I saw them scrape the area at the end of the night. Now till dinner. I'll add pictures to show you I'm not lying. They deveinate the shrimps. Do you know the black line on the back of the shrimps? It's her digestive tract. You don't have to, but you don't have to eat that. You go the extra mile. The food was a perfect ratio of meat to vegetables. Only structural criticism I have to order that the fried rice was a bit hard. Not sure if that means it was over/underboiled. Still delicious.

Really good food and fast service for both take or sit and eat there. Good people take care of you. I had the beef with snow bses a few times and it's always excellent.
