I’ve had good experiences, but it seems as if the employees are unsure of how the app works. Another note, make sure employees know the customer is right as long as they ARENT abusing it. Double check your orders!!
Had my grandson's birthday party there and they were just great and assisting me with
I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, and then 16 wings on a separate order. When I went to pay for the wings, my card declined, so I went home to grab cash. When I got back, I decided to grab a 2 liter of cherry Pepsi from the coolers they have to add to my order, but it came out to $21 and some change, and I only had 20 on me, so I grabbed a smaller bottle, and the workers ended up needing their manager to override my order, who was on break and didn't come for almost 15 minutes. The workers on hand were really chill about it and did what they could to serve other customers while they waited on their manager to finalize my order. I'll admit it was a bit embarrassing being short on money, but at least the workers didn't give me a hard time or an attitude, and resolved my issue as quick as they were able to given the situation. Give these guys a raise. Idk their names. They're badass tho. Wings are fire af too. Respect on that manager for solving the problem and getting business back up and running as normal too. I understand things happen and sometimes it can be the worst timing. I work in fast food so I understand completely what y'all go through.
We ordered a pan pizza and she came out with a thin crust pizza. I told her we ordered a pan pizza she said I heard thin crust and walked off.
