Arby's - Spartanburg County

All around good experience. Food was accurate good. The inside was clean. People were super friendly. Worth a stop

Great food, clean lobby, nice staff. Fries were fresh.

Maybe it was off night for these guys but I had a less than pleasurable experience the other night. I ordered at the drive thru. It was a little before 9 and I get that they may have been closing up but I would have rather them tell me they were closing instead of serving me what I got. EVERYTHING in the bag was not what I ordered except the kids chicken slider and I didn't receive the milk that comes with that. The chicken slider was so hard I couldn't eat it. Much less my child. If this quality is parr with every other day, stay away.

This Arbys is so disrespectful. Ive never been treated this way by any fast food place. All i ordered was two shakes and a large fry. i waited 15 min for two shakes that ended up being the wrong shakes. i called after 10 min of waiting and they said they were coming right out. about 10 plus orders were finished before my two shakes. which happened to be the wrong shakes. i said i had to leave and would be right back to get those shakes. on my way back i asked that they would have the shakes ready for me when i get back within 5 min. They said well we are busy so if its not done you will have to wait. im sorry i waited 15 minutes plus the 10 minutes i was gone and you want me to wait again? He said if you have an issue you can file a complaint. I didnt even get a discount or a gift card or anything for this trouble.. It was really sad. This all made me late to my daughters appointment.

Husband ordered turkey meal. No bacon and so small amount of turkey I added some from our lunch meat at home. Ranch dressing sogged up bread so much of it. Really disappointed.
