Burger King - Spartanburg

Rude staff. Just ordered The chicken fry meal and it was absolutely terrible. Tasted like the chicken was cooked a couple of hours ago. What a waste of almost 9 dollars. Thanks for reminding me why I never go to Burger King.

Da heck was that experience. Went to the drive thru...ordered new whopper melt, because it looked good. Paid at the first window but the receipt was for another order. Da heck. Told the 2nd window. She returned and rerang. Looked at receipt and wondered why I was charged for cheese on a meal that comes with cheese (hence the melt in the name). The heck. It was a debacle. They finally got it straightened out but poor people behind me. And you know for all the trouble y'all could have just comped the meal or done something for the time wasted, frustration, and inconvenience. I gave y'all a two star before, y'all now have downgraded to one star. Shame.

This branch seems to be very good running, the employee at the cash register was friendly and knowledgeable. he took my order quickly, which was very easy. but the person behind me had a complicated order and he managed it. the food was hot and fresh and delicious.

This location is great, eating is always good and the staff is always friendly. once they made a little mistake and left something I called back, and they took him to know, to appreciate me later. the manager remembered me with names and didn't even have to look at it when I asked if I could get the whopper they left. that is crazy good service for a restaurant that gets so much traffic. I'll get hepper from here as long as I live in the opposite.

I had the best service this morning. friendly staff in drivethru. I looked like no more than two people stopped it. thank you for helping me make it through my young tomorrow! great job!
