Cook Out - Spartanburg

Nice place. The workers, where really nice and helpful. It was calm. There was nobody. But I would certainly be back. When I'm back. Love the food also it was good and fill.

The tour bus thru and the staff was super efficient and friendly, food was as expected.

This restaurant has drastically declined over the years. Landed inside. Dress code was not enforced. After dinner left to order milkshakes... She had to make cash. She left ice on the cups, and halfway the lid. She doesn't wash her hands after dealing with money to make the milk shakes. The dining area was a fat pit. It was a lawsuit waiting for it. There were no napkins. I support this as a bad management, and they are brief, although every employee should represent the company as well as possible.

I love the shake and the food, I'm not going here for goodness. Staff are always rude. I've worked most of my life in the food service, so if you don't like your job, please don't make all the others miserable.

Really gone down hill, would not recommend unless you have an hr plus to waste in a FAST FOOD restaurant. Waited 10mins at the front to only be treated like we were the problem. Staff saying idk why you looking like that. After patience has run thin. Not worth wasting your time or money on. Staff is lazy and food is trash.
