Contribuisci feedbackI just wanted to share a quick recap of my recent visit to M-Fresh. I still love the sushi here! I ordered the Crazy Roll and the Out of Control Roll again, and as always, they were outstanding! So, you may be wondering why I’m giving a three-star review. There are two main reasons: 1) Service - This time, my server was Olivia. It was unclear if she was new, poorly trained, or simply uninterested. When she asked what drink I wanted, I asked if they had Coke Zero. She responded that they only have Pepsi products. I then asked what other sodas were available, and she mentioned Diet Pepsi before just standing there. I pressed her for more options, but she just stared at me, seemingly confused or unaware of the other soda flavors. After an awkward 30 seconds, I decided to spare her any more discomfort and said I would just have water. When the meal was over, she brought the check in its holder, and after I inserted my card, she picked it up a few minutes later. When she returned it, she just tossed it on the table and walked away, without a word of thanks or a goodbye. This was the first time I experienced poor service here, and I hope they can help Olivia improve her customer service skills. 2) When I first entered the restaurant, I noticed a group of girls sitting by the bar near the entrance. They looked to be around 13 or 14 years old. After a while, I saw one of them clearing tables before going back to hang out with her friends. This led me to suspect that they might have an underage employee working there. It's also concerning and somewhat unprofessional for an employee to have friends goofing off in front of customers in the bar area, especially given their age. I think this situation needs to be addressed right away. Overall, I still enjoy M-Fresh, but I hope they can enhance their service and maintain a more professional atmosphere.
I hadn't eaten there in quite some time. The food is still good, but the prices have doubled, and they've removed the Sunday lunch menu, so dinner prices are now the same as lunch prices on Sundays. The waitress struggled to communicate in English and couldn't provide answers to my questions about the menu items. I had to ask her to bring someone who could assist me. After bringing the food, there was no further service, with no water or tea refills offered. This was the worst service I've experienced in a long time, especially given the high prices. It's disappointing, as I initially thought this place was five-star when it opened, but I'll be dining elsewhere in the future!
This restaurant is not only clean, but the sushi is also the best in Boiling Springs. The bartender who prepared my Bloody Mary tonight crafted the best one I've had in years. I will definitely return just for another, along with maybe a few more Volcano Rolls!
In my opinion, they have the best sushi out there. Their sushi almost looks too good to eat. Almost. ?
Great Asian food!! Great Service! The owner is amazing. He tries to get around to every customer. This is to be commended. The place is a great fit for the Boiling Springs community.
