Moe's Southwest Grill - Spartanburg

The first time for me at the new location. I had a great visit. the restaurant was clean, staff welcoming and eating hot and fresh. parking is a challenge. I went on a Saturday and parking was full, no places. two times before a spot appeared.

Fresh, hot delicious. We got the Monday special so the pricing was reduced and this was a pleasure in these days of high prices elsewhere. I guess the only downside was the delicious Mo-rita beverage only lasted for 1 drink each. The dispenser ran out and with only 1 employee working, we didn't get any to bother him. Otherwise it was very good.

I ordered online and tipped. I'm in the industry and try to make it easy on employees. I asked for a tray to eat my food in the restaurant and the employee glared at me and walked to get it and handed it to me without saying anything. I get it b people have bad days, but this is not the first time an employee was nasty with me here for no reason. I'm an easy customer!

I have been to this Moe's 3 times now and each time my stack has not been folded properly so the food falls out when I get it. The service is also extremely slow but the workers all seemed very nice which is good. I will be returning because Moe's food never fails.

The food was okay, slightly luke-warm. Employees didn't seem to happy to be there. Drink machine was syrupy. They did give my kids some free cookies so they were happy, although one turns 1 in a month.
