Smallcakes Spartanburg

We went last night for the first time and what a positive experience!! Phenomenal customer service makes all the difference even before you buy. CJ was SO professional, friendly and helpful; he patiently described each cupcake in detail as a server would describe offerings at the finest restaurant . The cupcakes didn't disappoint: they were truly gourmet. We just hope CJ is acknowledged for his exceptional assistance, and we can't wait to come back again!! These also would make great gifts.

Drove all the way here for a birthday for them to be closed. Google page AND FRONT DOOR of business clearly says open Sunday 1-6, but are not open!

We ordered from GrubHub and had our cupcakes delivered. The presentation was stunning! We didn't care for the caramel crunch because it was too messy and not enough chocolate flavor, but it looked beautiful. The lemon drop was very lightly flavored with lemon and the cupcake part was moist. The Red Velvet was incredible and I'll be back for another one!

Thought I left a review 1st time I came here but I guess not, I love coming here every time they are always very friendly and welcoming as if you walked into a family members business. And the cupcakes are always delicious. Wish they had a confetti cupcake flavor though on the menu

I ordered a dozen cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday. They were delicious! Would definitely order again.
