Contribuisci feedbackThis location definitely has a rough vibe. Normally, I have a decent experience here, but my last visit was a disaster. The staff, mostly teenagers, seemed to struggle with basic communication, making it hard to hear them. I placed an online order, but when I arrived to pick it up, they were almost out of everything, including the chips and cookies I had ordered. My sandwich was also made incorrectly, and the manager on duty was not helpful at all and lacked any sense of customer service when it came to resolving the issue.
The chef salad was disappointing as well, with only one piece of ham, one piece of turkey, and a slice of cheese. When I brought this up to the night manager, nobody cared to take my name or address my concerns, especially when I asked her how she'd feel in my situation. Tomorrow, I plan to return the chopped lettuce and lack of meat to the manager to see if she'll make a sensible decision. Normally, I do check the bag, but I was in a hurry this time. I advise against ordering the chef salad.
After paying for the whole sandwiches, the young lady asked if I wanted mayo and mustard. Given her earlier reaction, it seemed obvious that I would want these condiments since I had ordered "all the way." When I finally received my food, I noticed that I had been given half sandwiches instead of the whole ones I paid for. The cashier informed the staff member who started my order, and she snapped that she had said "regular." At the end, they asked if I wanted pickles and peppers. When I inquired if those were included, they confirmed, so I said I wanted pickles. The cashier repeated my request, yet I still ended up with both pickles and peppers. This could have been a serious issue if I had been allergic to peppers, as they were simply thrown into the same bag. The cashier was the only bright spot in this experience; she tried her best to make things right, which is why I gave the review two stars instead of one. At this point, I just asked for a refund for the price difference. I felt it would be pointless to have them redo my sandwiches, as I didn't want to deal with more rude behavior or miscommunication. It's a shame, really—kudos to the cashier for displaying real customer service skills, as she was the only one who seemed to know how to treat customers with respect.
Asked how i wanted my sandwiches. One all the way no oil or vinegar. The second everything but jalapeños please. Both sandwiches made the same, All the way with oil and vinegar. Pahaps next time
