Stop by wings-stop today and Hickory bbq flavor wings were the best I have had in a long time, I be going back to receive great

William did an excellent job on the wings. Wings and fries were crispy and delicious.

Horrible customer service !! I called 7 times to place an order. Phone rung till it hung up I called till I got to the restaurant for the lady up front to tell me they are closed they stopped answering the phone at 10:30 I’d been calling since 10:15 an got no answer. Her response was “I’ve been up here by myself” which is no excuse !! If the business is closed an people are still calling to place an order the professional courteous thing to do would be to answer the phone an say “I’m sorry we’re closed” instead of watching the phone ring. I got here an it’s a lobby full of customers waiting on food. The owners need to give some serious customer service training because it’s not inside wingstop !! Tired of the same part time help and unwelcoming attitude I get when I try to patronize this business. This is another reason I’ll stop completely.

We've been here a few times and it's always been quick and tasty but this past weekend it took 43 minutes to fry some boneless wings. Food came out super tasty, but please explain why you have 6 people in the kitchen 3 of which are just standing and talking while only using one basket of the fryer?, it has 8 baskets. No sorry or refund or extra food for our wait.

????3/22/24I know on Fridays it's very busy, but when you're given the ticket that somehow didn't make it on to the make board and was told that it wasn't there and it's past my pickup time, you take my ticket and put it in your back pocket and push my order behind others that come in. In hospitality or restaurant services when you realize there was a mistake then you correct it not push it back into the order rotation. I appreciate the Manager finally realizing his mistake and then getting it corrected but it shouldn't be after the customer has complained about it.
