Applebee's Grill - Speedway

Late lunch. Place was not busy. Greeted by a staff member who was pretty funny. Seated us in a section with a new staff member who did great.I ordered boneless wings too heavy on the sauce. Side salad was fine. Waitress did a great job!

On this day I took myself to lunch and the food, service and atmosphere was Awesome!!

Sat here for a whole hour NEVER SAW A SINGLE WAITER WAITRESS!!! No drinks no food nothing just a waist of my time! And the greeter just came over to tell us they’re short staffed and only have 2 worker! At this point pay me for waisting my time Applebees!

We had a slight wait before being seated due to the fact that there were only 2 servers and we were a party of 5 plus a baby. Our server was amazing and the food was beyond our expectations. 3 of us ordered steaks and they were cooked exactly to ok order. This was the perfect ending to a somber day. We had just left the Gift of Life Celebration honoring my son who passed away last June, just before the birth of his daughter, his first child. Thank you for making this a great celebration for us.

The staff were trying to get the job done. Had staffing issues that made a long wait.
