I asked to talk to a manager who was supposed to be manager, tameka, but not on the staff today. I don't know that the company has to get the load under control.
Not great customer service but not horrible, had the 1921 burger. It definitely should not come with lettuce (lettuce was hot?)and it was super greasy. Overall though White Castle still has a diverse menu with reasonable prices.
These idiots were more concerned with their conversation that the girl at the window didn’t say a word to me but kept talking and laughing with a coworker. Meanwhile they got my order completely wrong. Minimum wage is too much for this kind of service.
In the middle or ordering a breakfast slider was told by employee- "You sure? Our grill is really nasty right now. "Drove off immediately 0/10
Maybe if the night manager (older black woman) stop distracting and talking nasty to the kid with the headset on they could move efficiently. I’m always in line 15-20 minutes if not more no matter what time of day. Again older employees hence managers STOP MISTREATING THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEES.
