Ashford Charcoal Grill - Spelthorne

We used to order from charcoal a lot, however today will be our last. We were unable to finish the kofta wrap as it was sooo hot (spicy) too much chilli flakes.

Amazing Lahmacun , good value for money but most importantly the service that was given was Excellent, went above beyond. Thank you so much!

After waiting 1hr 20 minutes for my food it arrived missing an item and the dishes were half the size they used to be the chicken shish is less pieces and the lamb downer potion has halved This used to be a lovely takeaway will now be using a different one When I phoned they said it was because they are busy ???

Wrong food delivered and not all money will be refunded as delivery and service charge isn't counted. Also 3 to 7 days for refund!!!

Ordered somewhere else. You lot are going to lose so much money not taking card payments over the phone. People these days a lot of the time do not carry cash. You use to take payments over tge phone, why not bring a card mschine like most places now, why go backwards.
