Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant was dirty, and the staff were unhelpful. They were unable to accommodate any gluten-free options and refused to allow us to bring in food from the store. When I asked for a double shot Americano, the staff recommended filtered coffee instead. This was a big mistake, as the coffee was lukewarm and weak. I was surprised by the poor quality of service in such a large store like Tesco.
I stopped by for a quick lunch and accidentally ordered something that I couldn't eat. When I informed the staff, they simply blamed me and refused to offer a replacement, despite spending £8 on a sandwich and a drink. The lack of customer service at this place is appalling. I will not be returning!
This restaurant is a wonderful spot to enjoy a meal, as well as have a coffee or tea, either after shopping or for a mid-shopping break. It's also a great place to catch up with friends.
